Me Nancy Nyota is a holder of:
- a Bachelor's degree in Law and a Master's degree in Business Law from the University of Rennes 1 in France,
- an LLM in International Business Law from the University of Exeter in England,
- a Bachelor's degree, LL.L from the University of Ottawa (with the mention Magna Cum Laude), and is a member of the Quebec Bar School in Canada.
